Dry Dock Oyster Bar
Kee Hart Marketing (KHM) started working with Dry Dock in July 2019. Dry Dock has been a staple in San Antonio since 1982, but went under new ownership in November 2018. When KHM took over marketing for Dry Dock there was little presence on Facebook and no Instagram account. KHM strategy combined consistent posting on both platforms 5 days a week, inviting influencers in to try the food and post about them and visiting local area businesses to pass out menus and hush puppies once a month.
Local influencers have played a big role in improving social media reach and followers. KHM has connected Dry Dock with over 15 influencer accounts reaching over 5,000 new accounts, growing followers and improving engagement.
Aside from creating social media strategy, KHM also comes up with creative ideas to improve sales. KHM will reach out to local news stations and reporters to be featured. In February 2019, Dry Dock was featured by local news channels twice, creating buzz and increasing sales.
Dry Dock was also listed as one of the top 5 restaurants in San Antonio for crawfish in the San Antonio Current’s Best of 2020.
